Wind noise between driver window and frame
I've gone the route of putting 1/4 tubing in all the window channels on the outside of the door frame, and that cut down on the wind noise. I still seem to have an unusual amount of noise from the top rear of the driver window, like it doesn't seal well. If I push on the glass from the inside, the noise will change so the "seal" seems weak.
If there any way to add some padding, cushion, sealer, stuff that the window will press more tightly against and seal better? Does a new window channel go all the way around -- and is that an option? Or should I just continue to a) open the sunroof or b) turn up the radio?
On another forum I read that replacement window channels are relatively cheap and easy to install. Is that true and does any one have any experience doing it and can comment?

You may want to try this quick test: while driving at speed when you hear the wind noise try blocking it by placing a finger lengthwise across the top of the glass where it meets with the window. I have an air leak right there but at first I thought it was between the door and the door jam.
The issue in my case is the glass window going almost all the way to the top, but not quite, leaving just enough gap to let air in. I can hear it above 50 mph.
I guess I'll have to take the door panel off and check the window guide...
This may be your issue as well.

The window seems to go all the way up. I see no gap and when I roll it down the top 3/8" is clean.
How difficult is it to replace the guides? Does one have to remove the inner door panel? I can live with a little wind noise vs breaking something in the door.
