so the wifes car took a crap lastnight, it ran fine, shut off and come back 2 hours later, no start. took a look today, when key is turned to run nothing lights up. no heater controls, no dashlights, no sounds.

but it does crank over. headlights work, no fogs.

no fuel pressure is being made.

OBDII port has no power to it, cant scan codes.( no Vag Com yet, but I have an OBDII)

O2 sensor has been tripping MIL lately.

145,000 miles.

it is not home, so an extra PITA.

Where should I start with the test light/ volt meter

 

looked it over, I do have turn signals/ wipers w/ key on.

main ground lug above knee bolster intact.

all hot lugs hot, all fuses check out except cig lighter.

OBD port has power to it, but my scanner cannot connect to ecm. I am using Torque pro andriod app, elm327 adapter, have successfully used on this car in past.

radio works.

Heater/ climate control does not function.

Anyone have a diagram/ pic listing relay functions/ locations??
