Camera installed 11/18 successfully. Rear hatch lift motor had to be replaced.

 

Camera is finally in and working well. Glad this is finally done - longer process than I had hoped for, but done.

 

they also updated some software...camera is working well.

 

I was told that the intermittent problem, with the rise of the GPS module was fixed with the new software that was loaded when the rear camera electronics was installed, was solved. I have had the problem recur once since the "fix" was installed.
Has anyone had this problem occur?

Audi has been good enough to thank us for waiting for the camera. I just received a $200.00 prepaid Visa card to be used for whatever.
