04 A8 Truck problems

I just bought a 04 A8 and the rear trunk won't lock after one day of use. I left it at an Audi dealer where it sat for 5 days without being looked at. I brought it home today and was hoping it is an easy fix. Please help!

is the latch already engaged? try unlocking it, then closing...

The trunk lock is disengaged all the time. I can't engage it either with the remote or manually.
