It might to do something with voltage level of battery too.

My car did that randomy until I open-and-re tight two ground cable right side engine.

Then I reset ECU, going Engine code 000 and saving value 0 to it. All went factory
settings. At this point doors doesnt work with keys, but soon I start my car, all
works better than earlier.

But honesty, in service they should know !!

Pete, last thing they said is they need to replace the ECU, they say it is locked and they can't reset it.. i really don't know if they are doing the right thing but i asked them to do what ever they want to get my car back to normal condition.
