I don't have a owners manual. How do I adjust the driveers headrest up or down?

It's not as easy (intuitve) as you would think. Pull up/down on the same switch that you use to adjust the seat back position. If you hear a noise but there's no movement, it's broken - pretty common. There is a fix if you're a DIY guy.
