2001 a8 maintenance recommendations

I have a 2001 A8l with 87k on it i am about to bring it in to my local indy audi repair shop for oil change and spark plug change. Is there any thing else i should have them do. I am debating on having transmission fluid change. It says lifetime but i heard you should change it

Lifetime Trans Fluid ......

ummm, baloney l say. ln my best opinion, l say change it.
anything that moves, has heat and friction just cant be
lifetime. the hood is lifetime, the rear passenger ashtrays
are lifetime but things that move, turn, rotate, spin are
not made for lifetime. l costs money to change the
fluid but it costs more to change the transmission. the
gears, pistons, solenoids, etc. should swim around in nice
new fluid every now and then so with the mileage on your
car, nows a good time to change it. really the tranny
fluid is more than just fluid, its actually a "part" of the transmission
and is used to make it work and change the gears from
first to fifth. how much do you want to take care of
that expensive car ? do preventative maintenance on the
car - make it run as it should. change the transmission
oil, motor oil(full synthetic) and put the worries behind you.
