2001 Symphony radio question

I'm getting ready to install a pioneer AVIC-Z110BT Double din in my D2 .My question is concerning selecting the dash kit to use, choosing between the dash kit for the A6 or the A4 of the same proximity year 2000-2002. Are the symphony head units in that year relatively the same size.
Thanks
Greg

Do they not make one for the A8? The A6 one would be closer to what yours is.

Auditech:
can you give me the dimension of your unit if you have the symphony
you have a 2000 A4?

Call the guys at crutchfield.com. They have all of that stuff on file and can tell you what will work with your set up. They also have the adapters for the BOSE systems to make it sound good.
The dimensions on my symphony radio is pretty much 9 1/2 inches wide by 5 inches tall reading from the centerline of the radio. Mine is tapered as hell towards the bottom though, meaning its larger across from the top of the radio than it is from the bottom.
