2003 Audi A8L Won't Start
I just recently replaced the O2 sensor on the converter and was wondering if there is any special steps that I need to follow in order to get the car started.

Did you disconnect the battery for some reason?
If so, on the first restart you must hold the key in the ignition position for at least 6 seconds before going to the start position...this is true of all facelift (00-03) D2's. It resets the ECM, TPS, etc after a power disconnect. Replacing the O2 sensor alone would have nothing to do with the car not starting. |
If that doesn't work what else would possibly cause the car not to start. I am getting fuel pressure and air. I just replaced all the spark plugs also. Any help would be appreciated.

An immobilizer problem? ...maybe need to read the codes.
Possibly disconnect the battery and do the 6 second ignition start up adaptation...not sure, without being there. |
