2009 Audi A8L Quatro / Sport Package Recommendations / Advice
 

Hello,

I am in the market for a new car, which will be my first "high end" car. I have a budget of 40k and have fell in love with an Audi A8L. It is a private seller, has about 37k miles on it with the sports package. It clean to excellent condition. The rims do have some road rash and some normal wear n tear. It is pretty much completely loaded with the sports package/bang olson package, tech package, etc. I was considering offering 38k for the vehicle. My friend says that is too much. Any opinions/comments on private party value and are there are there any key aspects I should pay attention to when looking over the car?
