98 A8 water in the air vents
 

I had the unfortanate luck to get in my car after a heavy day of rain, I pulled out of the parking spot and water poured from the center 2 vents under the arm rests. I am told this is because the drain for the runoff is plugged, I can't find it. Does anyone know where or how to get to it so I can unclog it? Please help thanks
