Hello everyone

I have a A8 2004 3.0 tdi,i have noticed on the rear doors the two small black metal triangle trim panels have started to corode,i went to my local Audi dealer and bought two new panels,but how do you replace them ? they are only held on by one bolt but how do you get to it ?
