ABS and Traction control lights
 

My ABS and Traction Control lights came on for a few minutes while driving my car. This has been happening on and off, maybe like 3 time in the last 2 days, when i'm driving my car. When i stop the car and turn it off the lights turn off and stays off. I'm concerned because my power steering rack is leaking and needs to be replaced so I was just wondering if the two are related.

Hmmm, how do you know that its the power steering thats leaking? Fluids leaking and an ABS light can be indicative of the ABS pump losing pressure.

I took the car to the dealership and had a full diagnostic ran. The only issue they reported at the time with the car was the power steering rack leak. Since then the car has been running fine other then the ABS lights and the Traction control lights. I wanted to know if the two might be related, the power steering leak and the ABS/traction control loss, or if these are two separate systems.

two separate systems, you problem could have been you lost traction at one time and this could put the lights on temporary which basically means the ABS and TRC were doing their job
