Audi A8 2005 Smoking

I have an Audi A8 2005 3.00 diesel. Had new injectors fitted to cure white smoke on idle. Now I get a puff of smoke when accelerating hard from junction or if I accelerate gently I get a fairly constant stream of smoke.

There is a slight delay before acceleration kicks in. Does not smoke on idle(can leave for 15mins) or if you rev the engine. just seems to be when you use gentle acceleration. No error messages. Recently had a new turbo fitted. Any ideas please.

Give it a stern lecture about the dangers of smoking.. LOL

It's possible that if you had a turbo replaced and the original was dumping oil into the intake, there could be some oil still in the intercooler and ductwork that is making its way into the cylinders and burning. I'd drive it a little longer and see if the smoke goes away keeping a close eye on the oil level in the engine. If it doesn't and you have higher than usual oil consumption, there's a possibility the new turbo could be leaking a little oil into the intake...
