I have a 2002 A8L with about 100,000 KMs on it (62,500 miles). I have recently done the tie rods and control arms. However, about a year after that, I started getting a chriping noise from the front left during a turn. It only happens once, and when it is cold. Anyone else experienced anything like that? My boy thinks it's ghost of the neighbors puppy... I don't buy it.

 

not a ghost... may be an incorrectly tightened bolt causing a bushing to squeak on you. you may have to live with it
