How do I access the fuel pump terminals

Hello All

We have a 2003 A8 4.2 Quattro at work. How can I access the electrics for the fuel pump(s)? I realise they are in-tank pumps.

Under the mat in the trunk there are three covers. Remove the covers and the terminals are under one of the covers.
