I am stumped (starting problem)
 

I have a 99' A8, that wont start. It cranks, the battery is fully charged but it wont turn over. I have checked the fuel pump fuse, its fine I thought it was the fuel pump relay ( at the pump i had zero volts when the switch was in the "on" postion) so i hot-bridged the 30a and the 87 on the relay and i got 12volts at the pump connector. So i pluged the pump and the pump started working, even checked fuel pressure up front it was fine,but it will not turn over. So i thought maybe i just had to put a new relay and let it work how its suppose to. I picked one up from Napa put it in and nothing, No 12voltsto the plug, no power to the pump at all again. So im thinking that something is killing the power from the relay to the pump. I thought maybe it was the Cam sensor but according to everything i have ready the ECM will allow the car to start and run with a faulty Cam sensor. Any ideas??????
