My Rear Blind! Its stopped working!

Well, I'm pressing the button for the electric blind on the back of my A8 and it's just making a clicking sound and not budging!!

Its stuck down and wont go up?

Any ideas??

See if something is jammed in the track, I got a dime jammed in mine (no idea how it got there).
