Not quite, Dave. I got it two, with both my rears, and the passenger-side front. The one I DO use, teh drivers, works, intermittently. The motor winds, and winds, and winds, but teh headrest DOESN'T go up, anymore. Mine only go down. One of these days, once I get a daily-driver, again, I'll take them apart and see what the deel-EE-o is. And, yeah, if anyone has a DIY link, that'd be sooper!
