No audio from radio cd ok
 

I have a 2004 A8 W12.
My radio just stopped coming out the speakers when I was driving CD works ok.
Occasional static from speakers when on radio.
The road alerts still come on but nothing from the speakers which indicate that the receiver side is ok.
I have ran diagnostics and nothing is coming up for the audio.

Any thoughts?

These things use a power booster with the antenna for AM/FM reception. This may have stopped working for some reason. I'd pull the unit (literally takes seconds with the radio extractor keys that can be had from various sellers on eBay for $10) and check to make sure the connectors on the back of the radio are fully seated.
