potentially new A8 owner, opinion/advice needed
 

Hello all,

I am new to the forum obviously and and currently contemplating purchasing a 2007 A8 L edition. It has 165k miles on the clock and seems to be mechanically and cosmetically sound overall. Only mechanical issue known is that the front suspension seems to be blown or inop? I saw an option to select different suspension setting on the interface screen but It will only stay on Dynamic mode? Anyone seen this before or know what I would be looking at to have this fixed or replaced? Also with the mileage being at 167k, do I need to worry about any common issues for this kind of mileage with the motor or tranny? And last question and probably more important is what kind of resale value would I be looking at if purchased?

Sorry for all the noobish questions but I am coming from the Lexus world and unfortunately have no knowledge of Audi.... haha
