Power Mirrors don't work

Haven't since I bought the vehicle, any thoughts?
1997 A8 quattro.

look for a relay plate in the fascia with 13 relays on it the mirror control relay is the first long one on the left of the board

"relay plate in the fascia", Where is that exactly, and what do I do when I find it?

you know where your fuses are thats plate 1? well the relay plates are sort of behind them and there are 5 plates in that area so wont be difficult to see them
