Removing the door panel-any inside tips?

I have to install a new regulator on the passenger side of my 2000, seems to have broken after having the windows tinted. I have the manual and read a few posts but I am mostly worried about breaking the wooden trim. Is it a PITA or not so bad?

The D2 A8 door panel is the hardest to take off actually, the reason is because the a/c ducting for the B pillars go through it. The wood trim comes off easilly, just use a screw driver and pry it off. The best way to remove it is to pry up on the side closest to the dash board because it slides into the panel along with being pressed into clips. The wood trim has a metal backing so it won't break.
Other than that, you have to pull like all hell to get the panel off, once you have all the bolts out pull off the panel starting from the bottom. You will break a few door clips, but the panel has so many of the damn things i never replace them anyway.
