Is it me or does the On-star led light change to a green led light instead of the amber led. I remember it being amber when I first purchased it. I know that they stopped service with Audi but did they change their mind?

 

That's a good question. Mine's been green since I bought it a little over a year ago. I had heard that On-Star went to a digital service, which wasn't compatible with the A8's unit... Maybe I'll try hitting the button to see what happens.
