Trying diy on 2009 audi a8 l quattro
 

Hello folks, I have my engine light on, so I took it to the dealer for a possible fix. Here are their solutions.
Level 1 - Replace Bank 2 Exhaust Camshaft Solenoid - Purchased.parts
Level 2 - Replace Camshaft Adjuster and Inspect for potential Timing chain wear - Purchased parts
Level 3 - Remove engine to replace worn timing chain guides and the chain.

I am open to the idea of doing both Levels 1 and 2 and hope that will solve the problem. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? The money the dealer is talking about is CRAZY!!!!
Has anyone here successfully completed any of these jobs?
My vehicle is a 2009 Audi A8L Quattro, with 97203 miles and still
driving great, with the exception that I have this engine light staring me in the face.
