Default US to EU rear lights

I am in the process of importing my US 2005 A8L into Spain, and will probably have to change or mod the rear lights (LED), to have orange indicators instead of red in order to pass the ITV, (Spanish yearly road test).
On the US lights, the upper outboard serves as brake, side, and indicator. The lower outboard is just brake and indicator. The euro model uses the lower outboard only for an orange inicator.
I am assuming that the incomming wiring loom is a classic suppy with an earth and seperate +12V feeds. Is the Indicator feed intermittent or constant?
Would a euro light be a dirrect replacement assuming that the light units internal electronic pcb controls all.
Does anyone have any experience with this or a solution?

Thanks, they do appear to have what I need, but the postage kills the deal.
