What iPod/AV inputs have you added? '04 A8L

I have an '04 A8L. Want to add a 3.5mm input jack for iPod/mp3/laptop audio input? Anyone done it? What components did you use? How much? What button does it run off of thru the MMI?

Anyone add a way to play video thru the MMI? Pics would be great!
