Even with the bore being bigger will it be ok to use on my car?

NOT without hub-centric rings...you'll rattle the bolts out of your suspension and your teeth out of your head. The lug bolts alone are NOT enough to keep your wheels centered.

But I have no idea if the offset will work (no idea what it is on the S550 wheels). The wheels you're talkin about are WAY over the top for most people....so tall they're gonna require a really low profile, stretched tire to stay anywhere close to stock overall diameter (a MUST)...look at an online tire size calculator to tell which sizes will work. Those wheels are SO much wider than stock, only a tire specialist (or someone who's done it) will be able to tell you what size can be stretched to fit.
They're gonna ride like wooden wheels..no cushion at all...and NO protection for pot holes or broken pavement. And if they're staggered (back wider than front), NOT a great idea on a 4 wheel drive...serves NO purpose except appearance and harder to keep front and rear tire sizes the same diameter (also a MUST).
