Q5 Piston fix for oil/is timing belt tensioner replacement necessary
I have a 2011 Q5 that has failed the oil consumption test. Getting piston work tomorrow. Dealer called and suggested getting timing belt and tensioner replaced while they had engine out (therefore no labor). Car has 62k miles. Should I go for it or are they jumping the gun on the timing stuff to get a little$$$ for their time. Thx.
