Wow it's been forever since I've posted but I'm hoping the community can help out with an issue my cousin is going through. Vehicle is a 2009 Q5 3.2 S-Line

Car is great but he is having some serious issues with the passenger side door locks. when he goes to lock it with the remote you can clearly hear the rear door lock or unlock but nothing happens with the front door. Whether you're trying to lock or unlock the car, one of the doors will not respond. This is quite frustrating especially when the only thing he can do to make sure the car completely secure is take the key and turn the little white thing on the inside of the door to manually lock it.

Has anyone had this issue with their Q5? Dealer says its the door actuators but because the issues comes and goes and affects different doors at different times, it seems to be an electrical contact issue somewhere.... Not sure

If anyone can help that would be great.
