The link has been updated to show the correct numbers on all sections. The posted numbers 50hp @ 5100 rpms and 42tq @ 4340 rpms, with Maximum power gains at 59hp and 53tq @ 5810 rpms are the correct numbers. These new numbers are a result of the new program from GIAC.

Thanks guys!

The gas mileage is typically better post-flash, but that all really depends on your driving style.

Wow, impressive power gain... Does this affect factory warranty?

Due to a lot of grey area in Audi's factory warranty, we encourage you to consult your dealer before having an ecu flash performed.

While I understand and admire the AWE poster for being careful with his wording - after all he wants to promote a product

Yes it can affect warranty....
any time you bring your audi to an audi dealer,
they plug into the odb2 port and IF their diagnostic computer detects a change in the pcm parameters,
it will flag your vin with audi central as having 'out of spec' coding --- IIRC it's a W2 code ????

So IF you have a drive train problem that the Audi Mothership can blame on the tune, then THAT claim can be denied...

That's why I typically drive a new car for a WHILE before tuning to see if any issues manifest itself while under warranty.

You will find that 99% of the tunes by reputable tuners will not create a problem, but may 'enhance' a problem you would have had anyway

(Says the guy that has tuned the lasts five cars/trucks he has had -while still under warranty - including this Q...
Was I lucky that I never had an issue with any of my cars that resulted in a claim? maybe so, but I didn't run to 8000 rpms every stop light so YRMV!

Oh, and any good tune can give one or two mpg more if driven like a grandpa
or the same mpg if driven like I normally drive - quickly !
