Cell Issues
 

I recently purchased a used 2013 Q5 and love it, but I have a couple of things I am not sure about and the owners manual isn't really clear on it. I paired my cell phone and loaded my contacts and all seemed fine till I tried to use the voice recognition feature and it says directory is empty and is asking me for the number, yet on the cluster it shows all my contacts. Not sure if I loaded it wrong or if I have to add them all individually. And also I don't seem to have a constant 12v power supply, only when the ACC is on, from what I have read it seems to be normal that way, but makes no sense, so I would just like to check on here and see if anyone can confirm that fact. Thank you
