This is my first time posting in these forums so please let me know if there is another more appropriate forum for this query.

We recently bought a certified pre-owned Audi Q5 from a renowned dealer in my state (NJ). Today we took the car for its first Audi service at a nearby Audi dealer (25K service). During the car inspection the person inspecting the car told us that our windshield is not the original Audi windshield but an aftermarket one, which is also the reason we have been having problems with the rain sensing wipers and the rear-view mirror in our car since we bought it.

Now this wasn't something that was / is in the carfax of the car, was not informed to us by the dealer from whom we bought the car.

We have already called the dealer and complained about this but they aren't being really very helpful.

I am posting this here in hopes someone can guide or suggest something else we can do about this? We bought a certified preowned car for a reason!!
