Headlight mystery
I have a 2009 Q5 with HID headlights. Thee right headlight is out. Have switched the bulbs and the ballast. The right stays out. Fuses are not named in a way that I can determine which is for the headlights.
want to determine whether I am getting power to the light. Anybody know where I can look at an electrical diagram?
Appreciate any help.

Have found the plug leading to he headlights. Found the power wires for the driver side light and checked for voltage on the power side of the plug. Two of the prongs on the plug have 12v. Do not know why two wire are hot.
Anyway, went to the passenger side and was able to find the same plug. Determined that I have power to the same to prongs on this plug at the same points as the working light.
So, obviously the power is getting to the headlight plug but not getting to the ballast or the bulb.
Any suggestions on how to check out the wiring or plugs inside the light housing?
Another interesting thing is that I pulled all the fuses that should power the headlights and the headlight didn't go out. Apparently the lights get power from somewhere else.
