Default Rear Brake Replacement

Hello All,
Time to change the brakes on a 2011 Q5. Dealer wants $672 to replace rotors and pads. I can get the parts for $175 Is there software I can download and a cable to buy to retract the rear caliper piston? If so, how do you do it? It has the electronic parking brake and I do not want to damage the piston. Thank you for your time.
