Should I buy a Q5

Should I buy a Q5
If Q7 did not have air suspension, I would consider one....the Q7 resale is lower, so I could get more vehicle for the buck....but no way with air suspension.
Wife has a 2005 A8 (she won't let me replace it, with a newer CPO A8, because she likes it so much). I have a 2002 LS430 Ultra Lux. Edition. Been a great car other than handling, performance, etc. Coming up on the 90k service soon, which is $2,000.
I am very seriously looking at a CPO Q5....probably a 2012 or 2013. Maybe the right deal on a 2014.
My number one concern is reliability, since we always say we won't keep a vehicle too long, but we always do keep one for a good while.
Also, is the S-Line worth looking harder for?
Opinions please.
p.s. Any ideas on what I should pay. I am looking 35,000 miles or less
