2007 Audi Q7 aftermarket stereo installation

Hi all , I bought one of those aftermarket car stereo to replace my CD changer but I realised it is not a straight forward job. When I took out the cd changer that I saw there are 2 set of cables going behind the cd changer, one is optical cable the other one is power cable which don’t match behind my new stereo. What is the best way to connect my new stereo.if you direct me what kind of cabling I need and how to install the new stereo I would be very happy. Here is the new stereo and the cd changer pictures. No one replied but I will. you're not going to be able to plug and play with this car.
The Q7 has an optical audio system with an amp in the back for all of the speakers. And it's integrated within every part of the car. Why are you wanting to change? -Ty |
