I was on the see saw of the X5 and went for 2011 Q7 TDI ... Wrong. Issues and lack of support for the Q7. Last Sunday parked at the local hardware store came out started the engine ... no forward or reverse. Long story but the Q7 traveled on a flat bed to the deal a hour away ... they return it yesterday.

They tell me they had to reload the software into the “system” ... I cannot get any reasons from the dealer or Audi Canada.

Overall the Q7 drives nice but I do all long distant driving and have other small but annoying issues that are always an issue to fix under the warranty. I have lost my confidence in the Q7 and loses the gearbox when I am on the George Washington Bridge NY next week ... it will be WW111 at Audi Canada

I also have a 2007 Cooper S so deal with BMW ... totally different attitude. They did offer me a great deal on a X 5 .. wish I had taken it
