blower fans not working !!! HELPPPPPPP!!!

Default blower fans not working !!! HELPPPPPPP!!!

hi the missus pulled up in the drive last night after a day out anyway i always like to check the q7 to see if she has scratched the alloys again!!, i started the engine andput the aircon on but to my suprise no air was blowing out i turned up the control but nothing ,now im thinkin what the hells gone wrong ,the lights and all the controls still operate and the compressor is still working but no air blowing out ,please help me guys is it a blown fuse or MORE thanks.
ps please dont tell me to go $$$$$$$ AUDI££££££££££

Howdy, I have the exact same problem. Did you work out what the problem was in your case please.

Remove the fan, disassemble it and clean it good internally, with electric contact cleaner , scuff pads, reassemble, hit with 12v on bench and it should work, worked for me fans still going a year later and saved me 300 bucks on buying a fan.

THANK YOU!! This just happened to my 2009 Q7 at 162k miles. I never would have thought about trying to rehab/clean the fan, but I gave it a shot and it wasn't a bad job at all. I encourage others to do this. It's surprisingly easy to get to - just six T20 screws to remove the glove box, unsnap the cover in the passenger footwell and disconnect the light, and you have full access to all the screws and wiring to remove the fan.
