Was excited to use Apple carplay in my new 2017 Q7 but on the first use it switched off on a long distance trip after around 2 hours and couldn't recognize my iphone 6+ anymore. Unplugged the usb and tried another port, turned off bluetooth, tried a few more things but could not get it back. On my return trip, almost exactly the same thing happened about two hours in. Can't replicate this in the shop because it works perfectly.... at first. So frustrating. Anyone experienced this or know any tricks?
