I have the 2008 Audi Q7 and my navigation map just stopped showing my current location. Actually it is stuck at the last place I visited. I can enter any destination and it will map the route from the location that it's stuck on. However, when I start driving it still doesn't move and it says follow route ever so often.

It leads me to beleive that it is not detecting the cars movement. I checked the satellites and I am getting signal from 4 right now. We have reset the computer, removed and reinstalled the nav DVD and disconnected the car's battery. The problem is still happening.

I had new tires installed the same day and they changed the tpms sensors. Could that have caused some type of problem? It stopped working right after that installation.

I called my service advisor at Audi and he said that the only way something like that can happen is if I spilled something on the console. I did not. I'm at my wits end and do not want to find out i have to spend thousands of $$ getting this fixed!
