Good day! I removed my factory 20" wheels last night from my CPO 2011 Q7 and put 18" wheels on for the winter with snow tires.

After I was done and I confirmed that the 18" tires were properly inflated I reset the TPMS. Is that all I have to do or is there a next step? I am not sure if the Q7 will adjust automatically or if the speedo will be off slightly due to the slightly smaller diameter wheels/tires.

Removed 275/45R20
Installed 255/55/R18
