ok here they are... 6 degrees advanced timing; 3rd gear run with and without methanol... and 4th gear pulls with and without methanol.

By the way... this turned out GREAT. without methanol... there was a TON of timing pull and cylinder misfire. with methanol... almost NOTHING.

Heres the graphs. take a look for yourself.

First graph - 3rd gear pull without methanol (notice the huge timing pull on all 4 cylinders)

Second Graph - 3rd Gear pull with methanol (notice almost ZERO timing pull, and the IAT was almost 10 degrees cooler throughout)

3rd Graph - 4th gear pull without Methanol (Again, notice the huge timing pull on all 4 Cylinders)

4th graph - 4th gear pull with methanol (again, almost ZERO timing pull, nd more than 15 degrees cooler than the "without methanol" pull)

for a 3am test run... this was pretty productive hehe

That is ALOT of timing! Everything looks good, also keep in mind that those are *C and not *F 15*C is 59*F, thats a nice decrease in temps. So Chris, you notice anymore gains with the extra 1.5* of timing?

What size nozzles are you using? I think I got sent the wrong ones.

I have 2 1gph nozzles on my car, which doesn't run right now, but thats a different story. I can't wait to get mine running again and start tuning it.

Josh

P.S. What blocks are you logging?

He has a Snow kit so they are in cc and he also has a higher psi pump so they flow more.

"I logged blocks 04, 10, and 20; RPM, IAT, Cyl 1-4, and Timing."

I have a 100ml/min nozzle and a 175ml/min nozzle

For this log... I logged blocks 04, 10, and 20

Nate, I noticed a huge gain... but I was white knuckling the wheel trying to focus on the tach and the laptop.

I wonder how much higher I could go with the timing.

Im still getting almost NO PULL when the methanol is on, but its risky since the methanol can run out and yikes...
