Default 2000 Audi TT 180hp FWD A/C not working

Not too long ago my A/C was not blowing cold air.. So I re charged my system. And it still not blowing cold. Anyone know maybe why it is doing this? Has anyone had this problem before and fixed it? I hear the clutch turning on and off but no cold air. I have a feeling it is my compressor but not sure though.

I had a similar problem but it was caused by the front outside air temp sensor failing. It was reading a very low temperature (-22) or something and would not let the A/C turn on.

Was your clutch engaging and dis engaging? My A/C clutch engages so not sure if that would be the same situation.

I'd say it's your compressor, if you're POSITIVE the clutch is engaging and you just recharged it, that's the only thing I can think of.

Positive it is charged and positive it is engaging.. I can hear and and I see it when I pop the hood. I was thinking compressor but wanted to make sure before I throw down some bucks on it.

It was the A/C compressor. Replaced it a week ago and it is working good now.

Did it my self, $75 for compressor off ebay, $15 at auto zone for the oil and refrigerant. Would of cost me a couple hundred more if I used my warranty.

My AC doesn't blow cool air at all.
Checked compression, it's 100psi. Also filled with refrigerant.
When I turn on engine, seems like clutch is already engaged.
When I turn on AC, fan starts to spin but no cool air.
I'm assuming compressor is bad. Was it easy to DIY? Any tips? because it looks like the compressor is hard to reach without removing any parts.
