2007 A4 Avant rims on 2008 TT 3.2Q?

2007 A4 Avant rims on 2008 TT 3.2Q?
Local seller has 18" rims with Pirelli 245/40/18 tires on, and I'm in the market for both all-season tires AND rims so I don't have to do changeovers twice a year.
My TT says 9Jx18 ET52, center bore 57.1mm, 5x112
Seller says theirs is 57.1 bore, 5x112.
Waiting to hear on the A4 Avant's engine size, but it looks like they're all pretty much 8Jx18 ET45.
Looks like the 245/40/18 size isn't an official option for the A4 Avant...
Anyway, new to rim specs and all that, wondering if I can use these rims on my TT safely, or what issues there might be. Appreciate all replies/advice/suggestions!
