Yesterday I was cleaning/washing/waxing/petting my TT & found the Maintenance guide. I noticed it was only service by this manual in '04 at 9k miles, the 20k page was not done & the 30k is blank too. I'm not to worry since I bought it at 32k(?) & was certified pre owned by jack daniels audi so I'm not worried about anything major, even tho the alt/gen died during the ride home. Anyway, almost 10k later I wanted to stick to this guide. Anyone got a idea how much this would cost me, or what I should do myself?

 

i wouldn't worry about the maintence guide being filled out... if you really want to know when it was serviced you can call AoA. They will have the info as long as it was service by the dealer.

ill do a search - i swear i read a guide that listed each service interval and what needs to be done.

 

I'm not too worried since it was certified pre owned, Im wondering since this is one of the biggest pages of stuff to do at this point in the TT life.

 

doesnt mean the service wasnt done- Have all my receipts since new...dealer only stamped the first in the guide...

 

Since i do all the work, its hard to have recepts for every little maintence, so i dont bother

 

Jack Daniels Audi? Haha that's awesome. I'd wonder if their employees do any real work over there, cuz I know I wouldn't..

 

You wouldn't believe the headache I went through getting this car. If it wasn't a alms edition I would have drove out of my way to riverside or bought private.
