I have this Audi A4 TT, my instrument cluster started having problems with all 4 needles, first just seems to be a bad connection, needles were not working and suddenly, move a little, now they don't move at all. I check the connectors and they look good, I even have a new(used) cluster to test the connector and in this one the needles work fine, but now I don't know what is better and easier, try to fix my original cluster or used the one I purchased, which I need to reprogram so the car can run.
Any help on how to fix the needles problem or how to program this new cluster to my car.
Please any help will be greatly appreciated.

I removed fuse #11 & #15 for 20 seconds and the cluster started working again. I have to do this every few months
