I hate to keep posting about this but the silly car is almost done. So apparently my coils are too big.. does anyone know what i need or will work.

What coils do you have?
Are you talking about springs, coilpacks, something else?

I'm not trying to be rude, just don't know what you're talking about. Give us some more info.

No this isnt my firstpost, I had a user name on here for a long time ago, I tried logging in, and it wouldnt work..didnt know if it was the password or something..so i sent for a "forgot you password email" to check and the email never came.. so i gave up and created a new account.

And im talking about coil packs.

 

Sorry, its a 2000 TT (nonquattro) I did an aeb head swap off a 99 passat. Im needing to know if the passat coilpack wiring will match up color wise to my TT's , or what im going to need to do.

 

Ok, The aeb is a passat / a4 motor. (Right?)

MY car = 2000 audi TT
MY New head = off a 99 passat.

Im in the audi TT forum because i need to know what coilpack will match up with my TT Wires.

I don't know of anyone here that has done that swap, and I have no clue.

Probably have better luck at AW or vortex.
