Anyone know a default code for the audi stereo?

i never got the cd code and i need it

am in the uk.

Do i need to go audi to get it unlocked

 

yup. No default / hack code you need to have your code.


It's gonna be $50+, and you need to go to audi.

 

it says in my manual please find attached your stereo code - keep it safe.

However there is no code - in my manual it says that i need to go to audi and they will sort it for free, but i just thought i would try and save myself the trip lol.

Oh well it's a 30min trip and now my clutch is working properly i shall enjoy the ride.

I got my car back after 5days in the garage. At leat i didn't have to foot the £1500 bill. But they shopuldn't of sold me a car with a dodgey clutch.

I guess i have lost money as i pay £380 per month car insurance - so that's you paying $760 a month. Lost out on road tax/expenses/day of work - i'm still mad can't you tell? lol

 

you could just toss the oem headunit and call it a day...
otherwise pay some monies for the code at audi

 

I was going to just upgrade the head unit instead of paying for the code... but i'm a tool, and like the in-dash radio display.

 

theres no way i'm paying for the code lol.

might get a dvd player in.

 

Then you're not keeping the stock radio.

Unless:

A: Audi does Business differently across the pond.
B: You know someone in the dealership
C: You get super lucky

 

super lucky - they did want £25 but i knew one of the guys

It's not like $50 is ahuge deal, but the fact that they make you payis a slap in the face. [:@]
