my battery is dead, absolutely exhausted.

it won't hold a charge for 10 minutes.

What is a good replacement battery?

optima red top is what i run and its awesome and weighs 32lbs compared to 50 like most its either the 34 or 35r cant remember lol

 

is anyone running an autozone battery? duralast?

My battery died recently and I replaced it with the Optima Red Top. It's a great battery and I got it from Summit Racing for about 130 bucks plus shipping.
A little high but it will outlast most any battery out there. Sure you can go Duralast or even a K-Mart or Walmart brand but remember you get what you pay for.

would the redtop require cutting/modification to fit in an 01 tt? is the housing/batt dif for 180 vs 225? thanks
